Instructions to apply for a CTFLC membership*:

   Fill out CTFLC membership application form

2. Review membership types:

   • Student Fee: $10.00

   • Regular Fee: $35.00

   • Institutional Fee: $100.00

   • Lifetime Fee: $300.00

3. Acceptable payments:

   • Cash or Checks only

   • Make check payable to: Council for Teaching Filipino Language and Culture

4. Mail application form with payment to:
